He arrives at the mansion on the morning of October 17, 2021, and meets Edmund, Lorraine and Hamish in Hamish's office. He explains the family's estimated net worth, its composition and the privacy of its administration, presents the documents, and confirms that the designated transfer of control has been formally completed once Hamish and Edmund have signed.
